Up and Coming: Farmfoods British Par 3 Championship 2015!

At the beginning of August, Nailcote Hall, Warwickshire plays host to the Farmfoods British Par 3 Championship 2015!

The golf tournament, which includes a Celeb-Am and a Pro-Am and takes place over 4 days, attracts some of the best golf professionals around the area, all vying for the £25,000 Pro-Am prize.

The Farmfoods British Par 3 Championship already has various golfing stars confirmed to attend, including 2014 champion, Eddie Pepperell, Ladies European Tour Star Charley Hull and Former Open Champion Paul Lawrie OBE. Some of the celebrity guests confirmed for the event so far, include F1 legend Damon Hill OBE and goalkeeping hero, Peter Schmeichel MBE.

The Telegraph has been confirmed as the national media partner for the event for another year, with this the paper will be running a great competition whereby readers can win a meet-and-greet with the host of BP3, -time Ryder Cup winner, Tony Jacklin CBE. A true treat for any golf fan!

The tournament has had so much success over the years that Nailcote Hall has opened a brand new £1.25m ‘Champions Pavilion’ which includes ladies’ and men’s changing rooms, a pro shop, dining for up to 60 people, plus a balcony with spectacular views of the Cromwell Course. At the 10th hole there is a welcome edition, ‘Charley’s Bar’ named after the Ladies’ European No. 1 and 2014 Order of Merit winner Charley Hull. The opening of the clubhouse was attended by the golfing star’s parents. . Nailcote Hall believe that “with the new Champions Pavilion, we are sure we will be able to introduce and entertain many more corporate events and society golf days here at Europe’s number one Par 3 venue.”
