There are three destinations within the hotel where guests can enjoy refreshing drinks, delicious cuisine and great conversation, including The Gentleman & Scholar Pub and Terrace, the Atrium Lobby and the most popular hotspot for diners, Aria.

Aria is one for the food fanatics serving up seasonal delights from morning till night. It is the afternoon tea that is a true show stopper at the restaurant though.

Served Monday-Sunday (2pm-5pm), the afternoon tea features sandwiches, vegetarian options and delicate sweet treats, all of which can be enjoyed with either tea and coffee, or, a glass of bubbles.

Also, newly returned to Aria is the Sunday lunch menu that is served from 12.30pm-5pm and features all of the traditional trimmings one expects from a Sunday roast, but with a little contemporary twist.

For those that need a little TLC…

The hotel’s luxurious Amala Spa provides a tranquil setting where guests can swap the hubbub of Birmingham’s lively streets for a day of relaxation and pampering. The spa which provides a range of treatments has recently undergone a full refurbishment including to the pool area and gym.
