It’s an exciting time at Birmingham’s premier shopping and lifestyle destination this season as the Mailbox launches its cutting-edge integrated app and welcomes a raft of luxury homeware brands.

A world-first in retail, the Mailbox’s recently-launched integrated app takes personalised shopping to a completely new level.
Using location-aware technology and permitted data insight, the app recognises and communicates with customers in real-time before they arrive, during and after their visits, and gives them access to unique tailored content and rewards.
At the heart of the new app is the Exclusive Club – a first of its kind loyalty scheme that rewards customers for every pound spent in the Mailbox, from the car park, shops, restaurants and bars to the salons, cinema and hotels.
In addition to accessing the Mailbox’s super high speed Wi-Fi, app users can browse a catalogue of products and add them to a personal wishlist, make table reservations and pre-order food at participating Mailbox restaurants, book tickets to Mailbox events, and read and interact with the brand new Mailbox Life digital magazine, all without leaving the app.
HOMEWARES AT THE MAILBOX
Two of the leading names in interiors have opened at the Mailbox this autumn, launching a significant new homewares offering in the city.
Heal’s and MADE.COM are the headline brands to open at the new 20,000 sq ft homewares section on Level 1 at the Mailbox, creating the ultimate destination for homewares in Birmingham.
Marking the first showrooms in the Midlands for both Heal’s and MADE.COM, the brands will be joined by a collection of other homewares, furnishings and accessories retailers including Danish brand BoConcept and Italian smart design experts, Calligaris, famous for giving design lovers the opportunity to create bespoke pieces of stylish, practical furniture since 1923.
The Design Quarter will feature a design-led, curated collection of contemporary furniture including Content by Conran and SITS, the innovative upholstered hand-made furniture brand, together with Wesley Barrell. Based in Oxfordshire, Wesley Barrell has been handcrafting bespoke upholstery, sofas and armchairs since 1895.
The new Homewares at the Mailbox offering will complement existing names including Kitchen Gallery SieMatic, Castle Fine Art, Fine & Country and lighting specialist, iLite.
The Mailbox’s award-winning 24 hour access car park is a secure and convenient place for you to park during your visit. Plus, with a contactless and Apple Pay car parking system, you can effortlessly tap-and-go with your card or phone and you’re all done: the fastest, easiest and most sophisticated way to pay.
